Byschewo is a village in Kreis
Bromberg (it is not clear if this was a manorial village or an ecclesiastical
village). Although the Remus family did not take up
permanent residence in this village, occasional records show up in this lovely
church (noted for its miracles when one views of the icon on the altar):
