Neu Jugelow (Gogolewko), Kreis Stolp, Pommern

Neu Jugelow (Gogolewko) is of interest to me as it contained the Johan Jacob Remus family formerly of Karstenitz, Kreis Stolp and Okiersk, Kreis Tuchel. The genealogy of this family can be found at Karstenitz, Kreis Stolp.

They attended Lutheran church in Lupow. This village dates from 1500. It had two manorial farms. The village was owned by the Zitzewitz family whose estate house (gut) was in Daber and several other families over the years. The village now appears to have been divided into small farms.
